My VAWT (Vertical Axis Wind Turbine) setup

I recently set up a Vertical Axis Wind Turbine, it was more of just a project, I went with vertical because I thought it looked cool and I read it was more efficient in residential area's.
Its been up for a month or so and I have yet to see any real power out of it, it does work and it does generate, but I am beginning to think it needs tornado force winds to really work.

I think it also could be higher, but that would be a lot of work I am not ready to commit to yet. Maybe one day put it up on the roof and strap it to the chimney. That might help.
